NOTICE
The Twenty-third Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on Sunday 9th August 2009 at 11.15 a.m. in the School Museum to transact the following business:
AGENDA
1.To read and confirm the Minutes of the Twenty-second Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 29th June 2008.
2.To receive and adopt the Managing Committee’s Report for the year ended 31st March 2009.
3.To receive and adopt the audited Balance Sheet and, Income and Expenditure Account for the year ended 31 March 2009.
4.To consider:
Sending the AGM notice and report as also other notices and newsletters by email.
Hardcopies of AGM notice and report as also other notices and newsletters will be available at the SSESA office for those who wish to pick up a copy of the same.
5.To consider any other business, that may be brought forward with the permission of the Chair, and of which Notice has been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary latest by 2nd August 2009.

NOTE:
1.The AGM will preceded by a Thanksgiving Mass at 10.00 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church followed by light refreshments at the meeting venue.
2.Queries if any, on the Accounts should be sent to the Honorary Secretary in writing latest by 2nd August 2009.
3.If there is no quorum the meeting will stand adjourned to 11.45 a.m. on the same day at the same venue, and at such adjourned meeting the business of the Agenda shall be transacted whether there is a quorum or not.
