Alumni are individuals who:

• have graduated from St. Stanislaus High School or St. Stanislaus Junior College
• may have left the school or junior college before graduation
• ex-staff (teachers and administration)

The Association shall have the following classes of Members
(a) Associate Member
(b) Life Member
(c) Honorary Member

Qualification for Membership
(a) Associate Member
Persons other than ex-students may be admitted at the sole discretion of the Managing Committee on receipt of an application duly supported by two members of the Association. Associate members shall not be entitled to vote and have no voice in affairs of the Association.

(b) Life Member
All Ex-students of St. Stanislaus' High School, Bandra are eligible. Admission will be made by the Managing Committee on receipt of an application, the decision of the Managing Committee being final.

(c) Honorary Members
Any person distinguished in the Educational, Social and Cultural field may be appointed. The principal of the School may appoint every two years not more than five honorary members who, in his opinion would be of help to the Association.

Retired members of the staff may be made Honorary Members. (26.1.91)

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the Association will be terminated on :-
(a) Voluntary resignation of Membership
(b) Death of the Member
(c) Removal of a Member by the Managing Committee

Resignations shall be addressed to the Hon. Secretary who will place the same before the Managing Committee.

No refund of subscription will be made on resignation/termination of membership.

Members allowing their annual subscription to fall into arrears for two years will be liable to have their names removed from the Rolls of the Association. They may be considered for readmission only on payment of all arrears.

Any member acting in a manner objectionable or contrary to the interests of the Association, or whose conduct has otherwise been improper, shall be called upon to resign his membership, failing which his name will be struck off the rolls of the Association. No such member shall be readmitted except by a vote of two thirds of the members present at any General Body Meeting, on a motion, of which notice has been given.
