Planned Projects
The St. Stanislaus Ex-Students Association has identified projects that you can support. Contact Managing Committee with your thoughts. Discuss new projects here
Project: DRINKING WATER
Objective:
To provide clean drinking water to the students of St. Stanislaus High School.
Issue:
The water available through the current infrastructure is not suitable for drinking. Students do not use it, those that do so, run the risk of illness
Status: Under planning
Proposed Solution:
1. Implement a Reverse Osmosis system to exploit the huge water reserves in the well under the middle ground.
2. Complete renovation of the water "tap" room in the shed.
3. Provide water fountains/coolers on each floor of the school.
Project: NEW TOILET BLOCK
Objective:
To provide a sanitary & safety infrastructure to the students of St. Stanislaus High School.
Issue:
Current infrastructure does not support fire escape. Toilet facility is not easily available to students on upper floors - opens for "accidents" in use of toilets.
Status: Idea
Proposed solution:
A new toilet block will be located above the existing toilet block. This will make it easier for students on the upper floors.
Build a fire escape staircase for quick evacuation of students in the event of an emergency.

Alternate Proposal for Taps
We can have 5-10 cold-drinking water machines centrally located in different areas of the school.
I have sent an initial enquiry to Blue Star, India today.
